These days there is a number of heated discussions of whether competition or co-operation should be encouraged. Before giving my opinion, it is necessary to look at advantages and disadvantages as well.
One of the main benefits of cooperative education is that children, after becoming adults, have a wide experience of working in a team. Thus, this skill helps people to become more responsible, closely-knit and amicable and teaches how to pass through operating difficulties and failures without arguing with team-mates or colleagues.
