Writing task 1
The pie charts give information about the expenditure in a certain UK school per year, and its difference between 1981, 1991 ad 2001.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that almost half of the school budget is spent on teachers' salaries.
Obviously, the salaries of teachers always outnumber the salaries of other workers, 40% and 28% allocated for them in 1981, 50% and 22% in 1991, 45% and 15% in 2001, respectively. Expenditure on educational resources like books was growing from 15% to 20% in the first decade. However, in 2001 it became much lower, 9% of the total money. As regards, furniture and equipment, the proportions were fluctuating from 15% to 5%, then ending with 23% in 2001. The least amount of school money was spent on insurance. Even though its figure was growing every 10 years, finally hitting a peak of merely 8%. This end s my report.
