Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your helping to find my lost cellphone.
I am Mari Smith one of the passenger of the flight number A653 from Mashhad to Tehran on 21th of April 2013. Unfortunately, at Mehrabad airport, I realized my suitcase was not arrived and it was missing by a mistake. Therefore, I went to missing part and someone who name was John Midelton asked me some question about my suitcase and completed a missing form for me. He called to another airport’s part include Mashhad Airport and tried to found my bag.

After a few hours he succeed to found my suitcase, it was in Esfahan. He made a promise to me that my bag would be there just before midnight. Thanks to him, my suticase arrived as his promisse.

I am very grateful, if you mention this good behavior of john Midelton on his file and give him some gift for his working.
