The graph showed the amount of four different meats consumed in grams for every people weekly from 1979 to 2004 in countries over the Europe.

It is clear that the graph showed the consumption of chicken increased gradually while three other meats decreased with the slightest fall was shown by fish consuming which almost stable.

A more detailed look at the 1979, beef was the highest level over all kinds of meat while fish was the lowest. During 25 years, both beef and lamb showed a gradual decrease, a fall of about 100 grams and 90 grams for each figure of meat. The same pattern also illustrated with fish which declined very slightly only just below 50 grams.

On the other hand, chicken consuming increased significantly from under 150 to about 250 grams each person weekly, and finally became the most popular among others meat for a rise of about 100 grams.
