A glance at this pie chart provided reveals that average prices of house changed in five major cities over 13 years period from 1989.
Overall, Most of the house prices increased over 13 years. London, one of the major cities, experienced the highest price changed from 1989. Although the average house prices in Frankfurt was above the level, it slightly decreased between 1996 to 2002. Moreover, Tokyo houses were still below the average prices from the beginning of the year.
It is evident that the level of house prices in London were significantly increased from 1990 to 2002, approximately -7% and 12% respectively. With regards to New York, between 1990 to 1995, the average house prices was under the price level which was -5%. However, it rose up to 5% between 1996 to 2002. Furthermore, Madrid and Frankfurt house average prices level were about 2% and 3% respectively. House prices in Madrid were grew up about 3% but there was a fell in Frankfurt with approximately 1%.
