In general, the average house prices mainly increased against 1990-1995 and 1996-2002 except Tokyo had a reduced trend from 1990 to 2002.
As can be seen, the average house prices have reduced in New York, Tokyo, and London by more than 5 percent in 1990-1995 ratio to 1989 and the remainder of the two cities increased by approximately 2 percent in 1990-1995.
