The figure illustrates the cycle of chipboard manufacturing processes. It consist of two stages with each stage consisting of a number of processes.

Stage one involves handling and transporting of the raw materials. At first, wood is obtained by cutting trees into logs. These logs are then transported using trucks. Logs are placed into a crusher which further crushed it into powder. The powder is then heated for 24 hours, using hot air in a heating tank. It is then placed in a storage tank. Here it is stored for almost 4 days. After that, it is glued using glue.

Stage two constitutes of the manufacturing processes of this material. The Glued material is placed into a mold. The Mold is then passed through hot pressing section where it is converted into chipboard. Repeating the same process, many chipboards are manufactured. Finally, these chipboard are used together to make furniture, which is the end product of this process.
