A 96% of British citizens have not joined for opera, which was closely followed by jazz (94%) and classical music (92%). This means that the remaining percentage of people of 4%, 6% and 8%, have attended for opera, jazz and classical music at least once a year, respectively. As showed from the graph that 3% of British people enjoyed opera at least once a year whilst 4% and 5% of UK citizens visited the musical events for jazz and classical musical events, respectively. Lesser than 5% of residents of UK have visited classical, jazz and opera more times than one to two times a year.
Playing a musical instrument for pleasure is the most popular musical event for UK citizens (24% attended). 13% of those joined live music events at least once a year whereas 8% of the total UK citizens attended more than 3 to 4 times in a year.
