The graphs analysed give information about computer ownership according to percentage criteria of population or of educational level in the period of time 2000−2010.
The two graphs present similarities since they were carried on in the same period of time and the final percentage reached approximately the 80% although the second graph had a range from 0 to 100.
The first graph shows that during the period of time 2002−2004 the ownership of computers was fixed with around 60% and then had a small but regular rise in the following years until 2010 when computer owners reached a pick with a percentage between 70 and 80%.
The second one on the other side, presents differences between computer owners who had a complete education and who, instead, had not in the period of 2002 and of 2010. In fact computer ownership in 2002 was just 10% for no high school diploma while tended to increase for postgraduate qualification with a percentage of about 60.
In 2010 instead the level of ownership was quit high starting already from 40% for no high school diploma and continuing to rise constantly until the highest level of education represented by Postgraduate qualification with 80%.
