You are going to honeymoon. Before going, check some questions.
- request a harbor view room.
- ask possible for late checking in and extra cost
- Request breakfast
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hello. This is Darby Shin who booked your hotel by an interpark tour from 8/1/2016 to 10/1/2016. This trip is my honeymoon. It is really happy for us to stay at your hotel. I am writing this letter to check a reservation and ask a few questions.
To begin with, I booked a harbor view room. As I mentioned, I will go there as honeymoon. Hence, we would like to be given the best a harbor view room among others. Secondly, I will take a plain at 20:10, 8th of January and I will arrive at 23:00. I think we should late check in at your hotel. As we arrive late, I was just wondering whether we could late check in or not. If we could check in late, I would like to know how much an extra charge is. Finally, I want to apply for breakfast and know how much it is per person.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Darby Shin
