However, I should have returned it by today; Regretfully, my uncle had a heart attack yesterday since he has been suffering from several diseases from the last year and he really needs my assistance for a while, not to mention that he has serious seizures and he cannot be alone.
Furthermore, there is a chance that I can leave the hospital at 10th July; Where I might have the time to return the books. I would also like to know if I am going to pay a fine for this delay or not. Whether I am forced to pay the fine, then you can contact me via my e-mail or my mobile number.

There are some sentences which could be developed better. for example:
I have a great interest with World War 1 and World War 2 incidents.
better: I have a great interest with incidents in the World War 1 and World War 2.
There are duplicate words like 'since':
since I have a great interest
since he has been suffering
There are a lot of sentences starting with the subject 'I'.
You may borrow books from library or search online and learn academic essay writing.
