Dear sir or madam,
I am writing the letter to complain your shop's bad service provided to me recently. I bought a rice cooker a week ago in one of your shops,which is located in the GLEN shopping center.
The shop staff assisted me to test the rice cooker successfully before I did the payment. All functions are working normally by charging the power. So I bought and brought it back to home. However, when I want to use it to cook my dinner at that day, I found the rice cooker didnot work as expected because the power light were not showing after the power on. I tried my best to deal with the problem but failed. I had to phone the shop to let them send an expert to fix the issue as soon as possible. The shop staff promised to fix it in 1 day. Nevertheless, a week past no person came to fix the problem. When I gave the phone to the shop again, I found actually there is no one following my case.
