The multiple bar graph depicts information about the proportion of people living in cities from various parts of the globe.The source of the obtained data is United Nations.
Overall, North America has experienced the highest trend of urban population in year 1950 and 2007.In addition, the same country is also projected to occupying the most populated town by 2050, whereas Africa in other side has covered small proportion of population in 1950 and 2007. It is also estimated that Africa will remain least developed until 2050.
Furthermore, in 1950 and 2007 the urban population of North America was recorded 64 per cent and 79 per cent respectively. The population of the town will likely to reach 90 per cent in a century.
Similary, on the another hand, urban cities in Africa has increased more than twice in 2007 which was recorded 15 per cent in year 1950.It is also estimated to rise till 62 per cent by 2050.
