The bar chart below shows the amount of money invested in each category from five organizations.

The given bar chart illustrates the expenditure spent on four different categories by some organizations, measured in euros.
Overall, organization B invested most of money in staff training, while it was building which organizations A, D, and E allocated much. Moreover, machinery and research shared the first place in the amount of money organization C spent on.
Specifically, organizations A, D, and E spent most of the money on building, at 1.5 billion euros in organization A and ! billion euros in organizations D and E. However, the lowest expenditure in organization A was for machinery, while it was research in the two others.
Staff training was invested the highest amount of money in organization B, at 1.9 billion euros, while the allocation of machinery in this organization was the lowest, at 0.9 billion euros. Moreover, organization C spent the largest amount of money on both machinery and research, followed by building, which was invested as much as that in organization D. The lowest figure belonged to how much money staff training was allocated, at 0.8 billion euros.
