That column graph demonstrates the number of students who selected specific university subjects in 2005. Science, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Languages, Humanities, The Arts (Art, Music, Drama), Literature, and Law are just a few of the subjects available.
The number of males and females in the subjects differs in general. Including over 23 thousand students interested in science and nearly 25 thousand students interested in social science, respectively, a large number of male students are interested in science and a significant number of female students are interested in social science. There was no difference between male and female pupils in mathematics and languages (about 18 thousand students each subject). In these different disciplines, however, male students learn very little languages (almost 2,000), and female students study mathematics (nearly 5,000). In the same way that there is no imbalance between math and language, there is a balance between the disciplines and the number of learners (about 12 thousand).
Finally, each genders have a diverse range of subjects to choose from that are difficult to forecast.
