Overall, August was the peak season of museums in London. Moreover, while National Museum was always the least prevalent choice, British Museum reigned supreme, except in June
British Museum attracted the highest number of tourists in August with more than 700000 people. Followed by History Museum which was visited by 600000 visitors in the same month. Other remaining museums welcomed no more than 400000 guests in August. However, in September, there were more tourists choosing Science Museum than History Museum with around 500000 and 400000, respectively
In December, the gap between British Museum and National Museum was narrowed down to around 200000 tourists, while the one between the History and Science Museum still remained around 100000.
