The bar chart below shows the percentage of australian men and women in different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010.
The bar chart illustrates the percentage of age group from teenagers to dotage male and female who were engaged in regular physical activity in 2010.
Most noticeably of all, it can be seen that the percentage of male adolescents was higher as compared to female teenagers for doing daily physical activities ( about 52.8% and 47.7% respectively) but consequently male teenagers were actively highly engaged in physical task as compared to other men age. The percentage of age group 25 to 34 male and female was quite lower as compared to teenagers but surprisingly, the female percentages was maximum by 48.9 as compared to male; 42.2 percentage
Likewise from the age group 35 to 44 the percentage of female was higher with 52.5% while the male percentage was only 39.5%. whilst looking at proportion of female from age group 45 to 64 it was relatively constant with 53% although 0.3% was higher with 45 to 54 female age group while the male percentage doing physical activities was hiking when ages goes higher from 45 to over either 43.1% to 46.7% respectively. Moreover, the dotage female percentage was nearly equal with teenagers with 47.1%.
To sum up, female ratio was higher for doing physical task in comparison with male ratio.
