The bar chart below shows the percentage of Australian men and women in different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010.
The bar illustrates the difference with six groups of age doing regular physical activity by Australians in 2010.
It can be seen from the bar chart, in the first three groups of age, the age from 15 to 24 remained the biggest sex on doing regular physical activity, whereas the percentage of Australian gence in group 55 to 64 in the last three groups was the most popular. In the whole comparison, the figure of men doing regular physical activity was noticeable to women was, apart from the group 15 to 24.
To begin with, in the first three groups of age, the highest proportion went on the group age from 15 to 24, which the figure of male and female went up by 52.8% and 47.7% respectively. Meanwhile, the group 35 to 44 was also considerable, within female's percentage reached to 52.5%. Besides, the largest percentage of doing regular activity belonged to 55 to 64, the number of Australian men and women in this group respectively went on 45.1% and 53%.
On the other hand, there was a significant attention in the difference from the proportion of men and women doing regular physical activity in 2010. Female almost did regular physical activity much more than male from the age 25 to over 65. By contrast, in group 15 to 24, the figure of male was noticeable than one.
