In the first chart, most consumed sodium is in dinner which is almost half of total consumption. The amount of sodium which consumed in snacks and breakfast is almost equals to lunch (14%,14% and 29%, gradually).
The following chart shows that the difference between snacks and lunch is just 5%, where former taking 21% and latter taking 26%. In the breakfast, 16% saturated fat is eaten. However, dinner remained the largest proportion of whole consumption by taking more than a third in USA.
Last chart depicts that in USA, added sugar is mostly taken while taking snacks, 42%. The remaining consumption took place when enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner 16%, 19% and approximately a quarter.
