In 2004, the quantities of becoming homeowners gained 60 per cent of the UK citizens, which was more the two – third than the renters. Since 2004, It had remained between 50 and 60 per cent over 5 years. From 2010, the proprietor's value had had a considerable decline to around 40 per cent, which was less about one–third than 10 years ago.
