The below pie charts depicts the three different types of nutrients that are consumed in day-to-day food.They are salt, fatty acid, and sugar information is provided in the form of percentages. Moreover, if consumed out of the limit it can be injurious to health. This data is taken from the United States Of America.

Generally, salt and lipids are consumed more in dinner and lunch. Whereas, moderate intake is noted in case of sugar.

Extensive amount of salt intake is eaten up in dinner and lunch that is 43% and 29% respectively. Whereas, moderate consumption of fatty acid is found in dinner and lunch which constitutes 37% and 26% respectively. For lunch and dinner sugar is at minimal level that is 23% and 19% respectively. Means it is lowest of above two nutrients

For, breakfast and snack overall it was 28%, for each means 14%. Cholesterol constitutes for both of them was 21% and 16 % respectively. However, large amount of intake of sugar is found in snacks it is 42%. Whereas, it was same for breakfast that is 16%.
