The two charts below illustrate data on arrests made on both genders in a period of five years ending in 1994, along with the offenses committed in recent arrests.
Overall, the most arrests were made on males compared to the females. While public drinking was the most popular crime committed in that 5 year duration for both genders, similarly no answer had the least amount of arrests made.
In the charts, the men are shown to have been incarcerated more than the women in the duration of half a decade, at 32% and 9% respectively.
Regarding the bar graph, public drinking was a popular offense for both genders over the 5 years, with around 37.5% of males and slightly over 30% of females being arrested. No answer had the least amount of offenders, with merely 7.5 females and 4 males getting put away. In addition to these aforementioned offenses, females also got locked up the most for assault at 19% compared to the 16% of males who got locked up for it. Day drinking, breach of order, theft and other reasons were the most popular crimes that got the men jailed at 26%, 17.5%, 16% and 19% respectively in comparison to the 145, 12%, 12.5% and 18% respectively in females.
