Briefly, this graph highlights that people who were unemployed or had retired from their work were likely to spend much more weekly hours for their leisure. Whereas, employed people did not spend that much at ease.
Men who were working full time spent almost 45 hours in a typical week, as against the women who were spending 7 hours lesser. Following the similar variation among both the genders, men who were retired or did not have any work spent almost equal hours, about 84 per week, whereas, women spent 7 hours lesser. But, these two categories liked to spend the most on leisure in comparison to all others.
The graph does not provide the data for men who were doing part time jobs, but women working at part time jobs spent around 40 hours per week for their leisure. Women working at their respective homes, doing the household chores were spending 50 hours of their schedule per week for their relief.
