The given chart and graph indicate how much a person spends on fast foods per week in Britain and how many grammes o fast foods a person eats per week during 1970-1990.

As be seen from the bar chart, the high income and average income groups tend to eat more hamburgers. A person in these groups spends more than 40 pounds per week for hamburgers. Whereas, the most favorite fast food for a low income person is fish and chips with an expenditure of above 20 pounds a week.

In regard to the consumption, the quantity of hamburgers a person took per week increased gradually from below 100 grammes in 1970 to over 500 grammes in 1990. Likewise, there was a an stable rise of the amount of pizza consumed during the period. Starting at the around 300 grammes per week 1970, the figure for fish and chips declined marginally to approximately 200 grammes in 1985, then went up a bit to nearly 250 grammes in 1990.
