The chart below shows the amount of money per week spent on fast food in Britain.

The given bar chart gives the information about the expenditure on fast foods by the income groups per week in Britain whereas, graph shows consumption of fast food for the year 1970-1990.

Overall, hamburgers 40 pence was the highest expenditure on fast food by high income group. On the other hand, pizza was the least expenditure by low-income group.

According to the bar graph, high income class people spent more money on hamburgers than fish and chips, and pizza. Average income class people spent more on hamburgers but their spending on fish and chips, and pizza was more than other two income groups. Low income class people spent less on pizza and hamburgers and more on fish and chips

On the other hand, consumption of fish and chips was high than the other two in 1970, while hamburgers and pizza was less than 100 grammes. Initially hamburgers raised to more than 500 grammes in the year 1990, whereas pizza also raised near to 300 grammes. Over the time, fish and chips get less popular and decline to 200 grammes in the year 1990.
