Perceptibly, the figure of the rentals and VHS sales diminished while the reverse was true for the Blu-ray and DVD sales. Furthermore, movies in the DVD form was by far the most product purchase.
On the subject of the statistics of the rentals, commencing from more than 185,000 products, it plunged significantly to 95,000 in the 2011s. Conversely, the DVD sales reported a fairly small number at 49,000 in 2002 and then it reached a zenith of more than 215,000 in 2007, followed by a period of a slump to 190,000 in 2011.
Strikingly, the number of the VHS sales and Blu-ray sales reversed.
