The given bar chart demonstrates the annual number of sales and rentals of movies from the particular store from 2002 to 2011 inclusive.
Overall, it is clear from the graph that the rentals of films are steadily declining over the period while the DVD sales grew till 2007 and then gradually falling. The VHS sales also plunged till 2005, then sales of the same completely stopped. Another change can be noticed is in the sales of Blue-ray sales which slightly increased between 2007 and 2011.
The most noticeable trend from the diagram is of the Rentals which fell continuously in the whole time period and settled to 55K from 185K. The DVD sales showed some growth till 2007 which was of 215K and after that it fell each year to finally around 180K.
Turning to the sales of VHS, it dropped each year from 85K in 2002 to nearly 10K in 2005 and, after that there were no more VHS sales. Additionally, the sales of Blu-ray was not much compared to others but it grew from 4K to 15K during the period of 2007 to 2011.
