Although it is lower than Sodium, Saturated Fat is mostly found in Dinner with 37% proportion. Besides, 26% Saturated Fat is often consumed during Lunch. For snacks, The Saturated Fat found is as much as 21% . The last is Breakfast with only 16% proportion of Saturated Fat in USA people's typical meals.
That the last nutrient which is 42% Added Sugar puts snacks the biggest. Then, in Dinner there is only about 23% Saturated Fat. Followed by 19% Added Sugar in Lunch, The least Added Sugar is consumed during Breakfast with 16% proportion.
