In general, burglary made up the highest number of crime in Manchester city at the beginning of the given period. On the other hand, the lowest number of crime was robbery according to the graph.
Initially, the number of burglary began at just under 3500 in 2003 and it reached a peak of around 3750 in 2004. However, the figure registered a steeply decline, from nearly 3750 to just over 1000, between 2004 and 2008 and it increased slightly to 1500 in 2009, next four years, it maintained the same level just under 1500.
Moving to the rest, car theft was saw fluctuations from 2003 to 2009 (1500), while robbery experienced a minimally reduction 500. Ultimately,car theft had a gradually rise of 2500. Robbery was the least type of crime in Manchester city centre and it was not noticeable change.
