The pie chart illustrates the that the expenditure of UAE on ten different categories in 2000.
Overall, it is clear that major portion of revenue from the budget of UAE on social security. Transport had the lowest spent by authority of the nation.
As the graph shows, expenditure on social security accounted for about 100 billion AED that was the highest spending over the period Whereas only 53 billion AED was spent on health and personal social service. Afterwards, the figure for three distinct categories namely debit interest, defence and other expenditure was almost similar at 23 billion, 23 billion and 22 billion respectively.
Moreover, only 17 billion AED was spent on law and order which was doubled than spent on transport facilities which represented at only 9 billion AED. Apart from that transport facilities had the lowest figure of expenditure by UAE government in 2000. Authority of UAE spent 38 billion AED on the education sector that was higher than price on housing, heritage and environment field and Industries, agriculture and employment sector stood at 15 billion AED and 13 billion AED respectively.
