At a fleeting glance, it is clearly observed that in the first half period cost of Tokyo as well as London declined to the same extent that was -7.5% whereas the prices of NewYork collapsed by 5%. On the contrary, a number of houses had surged in the Madrid and Frankfurt by approximately 2%.
Moving further, there was a steep increase in the cost of houses in all countries except Tokyo which was 5% behind the rates of 1989. However, the cost in NewYork went up by 5% as contrasted to 1989 which was followed by Madrid. Meanwhile, a number of houses steadily dropped by 1% in Germany.
All-in-all, the inflation surged in the second interval of time rather than first.
