Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar graph, illustrates information regarding changes in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002, and its comparison with house prices in 1989. Overall, house prices increased in all cities during time with the exception of Frankfurt.

To begin with, during 1990 and 9 to 1995 residential prices in New York, London and Tokyo went down about 5% and 7% respectively. Whereas, Madrid and Frankfurt short positive growth of 2 and 3% as compared to 1989 prices.

During the next Era ranging from 1996 to 2002 prices in London change dramatically with the rise to 12 percent as compared to 1989 prices, which was the greatest increase among all cities. Similarly, in New York house prices went to 5 percent from - 5 percent.On the other hand, Madrid showed growth of 3 percent, while in frankford prices declined a little to 2 percent. Tokyo also showed positive trend and prices went from - 7 percent to - 5 percent, but still remained in the negative balance.
