The bar chart illustrates the proportion in average costs of house in five different cities given from 1990 and 2002 contrasted with the changed in the year 1989.

Overall, it is clear that the house's prices transformed experienced an upward trend in four cities include: New York, Madrid, Frankfurt and Tokyo through the year given while that for London was a downward trend .

From 1990 to 1995, the percentage of house's fees decreased significantly about 5-8% in New York, London and Tokyo while that for two cities: Frankfurt and Madrid was a slight increase at 2-3% in the same period.

During the year 1996 to 2002, the altered of house's prices declined remarkably in London at 5% whereas in New York and Madrid saw a contrasting movement over the given period. The proportion of house's costs in Frankfurt constantly went up slightly between 1996 and 2002, compared with the years 1990-1995 it was decresed in the data of costs for housing. As can be seen from the graph, it is noticeabled that in Toky the average costs of house changed was rose dramatically and became the highest data given at over 10% from 1996 to 2002.
