The chart below shows the number of films produced by five countries in three years. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The given bar chart compares the status of movies produced by five different countries over a period of three years starting from 2007 until 2009.
Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that country A made the highest number of movies across the given time period except for the last year when it witnessed a steady decline as against other countries who showed a reverse trend.
According to the given illustration, the whole distribution was led by country A, who started with more than 85 films that got leveled off in the following year. Despite a slight dip of 9 movies in 2009, country A maintained the status of a leading producer. However, a contrasting trend was observed in the case of country B, who produced nearly two-third of movies as created by A in 2007, observed a steady rise in the next year and finally saw a significant increase to a peak value of 70 by the end of the period.
On the other hand, although countries C and D experienced a slight uptick over time, the former produced 19 movies in the final year as opposed to the latter who fell behind by nearly 5 movies. Further, challenged by few fluctuations, country D slipped down to just 9 movies in 2008 but managed to recover the initial status of producing 15 movies in 2009.
