The given bar graph illustrates how many families that receiving money in a year in America, categorised in 5 different incomes.

Overall, the number of families who have salary under $49 000 and over $100 000 had a tendency to be upward while that of 50 000 USD to 99 999 USD tended to be steady. It is also worth pointing out that the figure for households having income over 100 000 USD was the dominant.

To begin with, in 2007, it is reported that the quantity of families who have under 25 000 USD stood at 25 millions which was lower than that of $25 000 to $49 999 by roughly 5 millions. In the next 4 years, both of figures for families who earning under $50 000 shared a similar number (about 30 millions). At the end of the period, these numbers witnessed a slight drop (around 27 millions).

Turning to the other set of data, there were 20 millions of households who make $50 000 – $74 999 which was higher than that of $75 000 to $99 000 of 5 millions. Furthermore, both figures for that experienced no changes in 2015, although a mild drop of families earned $75 000 to $99 999 in 2011. In addition to this, it is recorded that there were nearly 30 millions families receiving over $100 000 in 2007. This figure inclined remarkably and reached a first highest, despite a slight decline in 2011.
