An overall view, there was a decrease and an increase in the male number in part-time education, but an obvious increase in full-time education. As far as for the female number, both education experienced growth.
Regarding the male's number, full-time education was around 1000 in 1970/71, showed a decline in number to around 850 in 1980/81, and then again it slightly increased up to 900. At the same time, part-time education gradually rose from almost about 100 in 1970/71 reaching 200 in 1990/91.
As for the female's number, the chart shows a remarkable rise in both full-time education and part-time education. The former stood at 700 in 1970/71, grew significantly up to 1100 in 1990/91, whereas the latter rose until it reached almost 200 at the end.
