At the cursory glance of the graph, it is enough to make clear that, In Italy, UK and Poland the percentage of youth enrolled in universities increased over the time. However, In 2000, 38% of the Italian youth and 46% of the American youth studied at universities and both these kingdoms saw a rise of 14% and 6% respectively in the next seven years. Similarly, In the Poland the percentage of youth enrolled increased from 64% to 78%.
It is further evident that, Spain and Norway witnessed a small decline in the proportion of youth in universities. Nevertheless, In 2000, the proportion of Spanish youth is fell from 46% to 41% and in Norway the percentage decline between 66% and 65%. Beside this, the percentage of Finnish youth in universities remained same at 70%.
Overall, the most striking factor is emerge from the graph is that, Finland had the maximum proportion of youth enrolled in universities in 2000 while in 2007 the maximum percentage was from Poland. There was change in the proportion of youth studying in universities in all countries except Finland.
