Overall, most people paid a visit to Theme Parks and Museums & Galleries. Meanwhile, the Blackpool Pleasure Beach was the most favorite site among tourists in Theme Parks.
Looking at the pie chart, the proportion of visitors coming to Theme Parks and Museum & Galleries were almost equal, at 38% and 37%, respectively, which together accounted for three fourth of the visitors. By contrast, the figures for people who visited Historic Houses and Monuments was 16%, and only 9% of tourists were registered in Wildlife Parks and zoos.
Turning to the table, nearly of 50% people paid a visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, which is significantly higher than the figures for Alton Towers and Pleadureland, Southport, at 17% and 16% respectively. The same rate was recorded in Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland, Windsor, at 10%.
