The chart below shows the total number of minutes (in billions) of telephone calls in the UK, divided into three categories, from 1995-2002.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The bar chart illustrates how much time the UK residents spend on three types of phone call over a seven-year period from 1995. Ther figures are measured by billion minutes.
Overall, the residents in UK spent the most of their time on local-fixed line call, while mobiles occupied the least time of English people. However, besides local-fixed line call, other two categories of phone call witnessed an upward trend throughout the surveyed period.
To be more specific, local-fixed line call started its data at 70 billion minutes in 1995. It experienced a steady increase to its peak at 90 billion in the following five years before stably dropping back to its initial figure in 2002.
However, as for other two types of phone call, national and international fixed line gradually rose from about 35 billion to 60 billion during the measured period, whilst the mobiles began at a low number (nearly 5 billion) in 1995 and doubled its data in 1999. After that, it dramatically grew to about 40 billion 2002, approximately eight times higher than its original statistic.

flaws:
1. seems you have issues on 'besides':
'besides local-fixed line call, other two categories of phone call witnessed an upward trend throughout the surveyed period.'
better to use 'except'. Except serves the purpose of exclusion while besides serves that of inclusion.
Suppose John is in a class of 30 students. If the other 29 students are going to the zoo but John is not, we say
The whole class is going, except John.
Now suppose Mary from another class is also going to the zoo. Then we say
Besides the class, Mary is also going.

2. another issue is that the summary paragraph (second paragraph) is somehow duplicated to the third, fourth paragraph. We see this issue in other of your essays. look at the word 'however'. it has the same structure and appeared two times. You may remove this summary paragraph in the future essays and put the summary inside other two paragraphs. this will look better:
