The given vertical bar graph represents the earning amount from exports of different products for the year 2015 and 2016 and the given table depicts how percentage of exports changed from 2015 to 2016.
Overall, it is clear from the graph that petroleum products industry had the maximum earnings on export business, while the minimum earning was in the textiles industry.
In the year 2015 petroleum products had the maximum earning around $60 billion, which then increased to around $63 billion in 2016. Earning on engineering goods had also increased from almost $65 billion in 2015 to$61 billion in 2016 approximately. There was decrease in the earning in gems and jewellery industry. It decreased from around $43 billion in 2015 to around $40 billion in 2016. In agricultural products earning remained same for both the year at $30 billion. At last, Textile industry had the minimum earning on export. It increased to $30 billion in 2016.
For the petroleum products, earning on export was increased by 3% compared to 2015 earnings. There was increase in earnings for the engineering goods by 8.5%. Agricultural products had the minimum growth in earning as it was increased by 0.81% only. On the other hand textiles industry had the maximum change by 15.24%. For gems and jewellery industry there was decline in business as it faced negative change at 5.18%.
