The chart shows number of foreign students in Canada
Given is a bar chart providing information on the number of international students from four different countries studying in Canada. Units are measured in thousands.
A glance at the provided graph reveals that while the number of Chinese students will see the most significant growth until 2020, the figure for the USA will level out.
Starting from somewhere in the vicinity of 25000 students in 2005, Chinese students number tripled before the year 2015. It is predicted that this number will reach a peak of around 80000 students in 2020. Likewise, increasing from nearly 5000 students in 2005 to approximately 40000 students in 2015, the number of Indian students saw an enormous growth. It is interesting to note that the figure for India will see another rise to about 60000 students until 2020.
The figure for the American students follows a quite distinct style. The number of students from the US was around 10 thousand in the first year, and it will remain at a stable level before 2020. However, for France, the number of students saw a moderate climb from approximately 10000 students in 2005 to nearly 15000 in 2015. This upward trend will continue to around 20000 students before 2020.
