Looking at the graph, it is immediately obvious that women's percentage higher than man throughout years. It is also of note that driving test of woman who passed experiences a fluctuation in the year 2000.
When it comes to 1980 , women's porportion doubled higher than that of men's percentage, at nearly 50% and 30% respectively. Meanwhile, in 1990, women passing driving test account for 51%, men was 38%..
