The chart shows the percentage of women and men in one Asian country who passed when they took their driving test between 1980 and 2010.
The bar chart gives information about the proportion of females and males passing the driving license tests in a particular Asia nation from 1980 to 2010. Overall, it is readily apparent that more and more individuals (men and women) obtained their driving license in the given period.
In the initial year, almost half of the women passed the driving license test and this figure was higher in comparison to their counterpart which was only around 28%. The upward trend continued for females in the following decade when more than 50% of the test takers passed the license test, while only about 38% of men obtained it.
In 2000, the proportion of female test takers who got a driving license hit the highest figure (approximately 68%). At the same time, around 49% of men got the license and this figure remained stable in the following decade. Finally, in 2010, the proportion of female test takers who passed the driving license test decreased slightly by about 4%.
