Overall, as illustrate in the pie charts, people consume the highest portion of Sodium and Saturated fat in dinner and added sugar in snacks, whereas, breakfast was the lowest nutrient consumed meal in the USA.
To begin with first pie chart, people of America get sodium by 43% in dinner, which is the highest ratio, while they consume 29% in lunch. In the USA people consume an equal portion of sodium in breakfast and snacks.
Regarding the second pie chart, people receive 37% of fat at dinner and 26% from lunch. However, they consume 21% of snacks, and the lowest fat-consuming meal was breakfast, which is 16% only.
Moreover, people consume added sugar more in snacks in America, almost by half of the population, while 23% was recorded for dinner. Similarly, 16% and 19% was accounted for breakfast and lunch respectively in a third pie chart.
