The charts below show the average percentages in the typical meals of three type of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given bar charts illustrate the average rates of sodium, saturated fats and added sugar in typical meals namely breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Looking at the graphs, it is immediately obvious that sodium and saturated fats acquire the largest proportion in dinner while the largest amount of added sugar has in snacks.

Breakfast is the most healthy meals in the day which only makes up 14% of sodium, 16% of saturated fat and the same rate of added sugar. In the opposite allocation, dinner has highest unhealthy nutrients rate. The meal constitutes 43% sodium and 37% saturated fat and 23% added sugar among examined meals.

Nearly 30% of sodium and over a quarter of saturated fat and less than 20% come from lunch. While snacks is not one of three main meals but it contributes almost half of added sugar while sodium and saturated fat only make up 14% and 21% respectively.
