The charts below show the average percentages in the typical meals of three type of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Information about the percentage of sodium, saturated fats and added sugar in breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks is presented by three pie charts. Both sodium and saturated fat have a high concentration in dinner. Meanwhile, added sugar is specially found in snacks.

To begin with, the number of sodium in breakfast corresponds to 14%, which it is the lowest proportion of these three nutrients in this meal, since in the first food of the day, a 16% of saturated fat and added sugar is found in average. Conversely, in the lunch, the sodium is the principal nutrient, since it reaches a 29%, then it is saturated fat with 26%, and finally added sugar has the smallest part, which it is a 19%.

On the other hand, the concentration of sodium and saturated fat is really significant, when we are speaking about the dinner, as when they are added, they correspond to 80%, at the meantime the other component is only a 23%. Remarkably, the percentage of sodium and saturated fat in snacks decrease dramatically, because in the case of the first is only 14%, and the second is 21%. However, in the same food sugar added rises a 42%.

To conclude, in breakfast is found that the added sugar and saturated fat are the most significant proportion. In the lunch and dinner, the percentage of sodium is the highest. Finally, when you are eating a snack, you are being fed with a lot of added sugar, since in average this meal has a 42% of this component.
