Overall it can be seen that there is a significant difference amongst the charts.
According to the data, 43% of sodium is eaten at diners, while only 14% at breakfasts and snacks. Moving on to the second chart, saturated fat is accounted for 37% during dinners, whereas at lunches only 26%. Finally, nearly half of the added sugar can be consumed in snacks (42%), followed by dinners with nearly a quarter (23%).
Comparing this information, it can be observed that dinners have the biggest amount of sodium and saturated fat, whereas snacks have the largest share in added sugar. Breakfasts are composed of the least percentage of all the nutrients.
