Overall, it is obvious that adding sugar to the snack meal causes the highest damage to our bodies which is 42%, however, the addition of sodium to dinner gives as near as the addition of saturated fat to both breakfast and lunch combined which is 44% of health effect.
In one hand, if considering analyzing data for breakfast and snack meals, adding sugar takes the peak of harming health by a percentage 42 when being added to snack, while sodium causes the lowest effect with only 14%, when, saturated fat causes as half as the unhealthy effect of sugar when added snack. Furthermore, all three ingredients cause as equal as to each other when added to breakfast, with a range of percentages between 14 and 16%.
In other hand, the charts prove a valued information about addition of the three additives to lunch and dinner. When concentrating on dinner, it is clearly that sodium causes the highest effect on health when added, while saturated fat takes the second place with 37%, turning over to sugar which almost reason of quarter of damage when added to the same meal. However, adding sodium, saturated fat, and sugar to lunch can lead to harmful effects on percentage of 29%, 26%, and 19% respectively.
