Given pie charts describe about the average content of three different compenents in four routine meals consumed by peoples in USA. The amount of nutrients varied video in each four meals.
Overall, dinner provided maximum sodium and saturated fats, on the otherhands, snacks were the richest sourse of added sugars.
Firstly,in breakfast sodium content is only 14 percentage and saturated fats and added sugars were also lower with 16% percentage each. Thus the nutritional content of the breakfast stood the lowest in contrast, dinner accounted for almost half of the sodium and saturated fat intake with 43 and 37 percentage respectively. Added sugars were also remind high in dinner but in second potion with 23 percentage.
Secondly, the lunch accounted for almost 30 percentage of sodium intake and one fourth of satarted fats, were as the added sugars wereally comparatively low in lunch. However, the snacks were the richest source of added sugars with more than 40 percentage, but the saturated fats and sodium content were lower in snacks.
