The pie charts illustrate the amount of sodium, added sugar and saturated fat people consumed in the USA. They also describe each category separately in 3 typical meals. Overall, sodium and fat were consumed mostly is the evening meal. However, the largest percentage of sugar were eaten in the free-time snacks.
In dinner, the US citizens had their meal consisted of large amount of sodium and saturated fat. It can be seen that 43% of sodium people ate in a day were in the supper. Moreover, 37% of daily eaten fat were consumed in the dinner as well. Similarly, in lunch, US populations ate the foods which were cooked with mostly sodium and saturated fat. 29% of sodium and 26% of fat were marked as the highest nutrients each person received in their lunch meal.
In the other way, sugar was most consumed when it came to the in-between-meal food as it was demonstrated in the graph that 42% of sugar were added in this meal. With regard to other meals, the amount of sugar added were relatively in stable rate around 20% each.
